Black is a non-AIM, Draft League manager, one of the better non-AIM managers available, modern mostly. Rotation is saved: ANY pitcher with zero starts or both a relieving grade and a starting grade or a starting grade less than 7 will be used in relief. For the starters with a grade of 6 or less, they can be used only in blowouts. Relief pitchers are limited to 2 innings per outing except in extra inning games. Starters are limited to 10 innings MAX. This is for DH leagues; I guess you can try him for non-DH but it's better to limit it to DH only. Closers are rated by ?.
